Doctoral students submitting papers to the symposium may also wish to apply for a Travel Support Scholarship (up to $500 per successful application). A limited number of scholarships are available and will be assessed based on individual need and the quality of the paper submission.

To apply for a Travel Support Scholarship, please provide an abstract of approximately 1000 words in MSWord format (.doc of .docx) to Dr Carol Gill and Ms. Elise Bausseron at APSEW8@mbs.edu.  Submissions close COB on Sunday, 1st September, 2013.

Please include a title, author(s), affiliations, and contact details within the document.

In submitting for a scholarship, please include a brief statement outlining how a scholarship would assist you to attend the symposium.

Please also ensure that you insert “APSEW Travel Support Scholarship Application” in the email subject heading.
